=>On Mobile Settings

Set your Access Point network settings as:

APN: ETISALAT
IP proxy: Blank
PORT: Blank

=>On Psiphon VPN

Open your Psiphon vpn

Under Proxy type select  reverse proxy

Under Proxy server: mobile.etisalat.com.ng%2F%3a@41.73.228.136

Then leave the others and save.

You will get a pop up message asking if you want to use psiphon browser only or Tunnel whole device. Make sure you choose tunnel whole device

Then it will take you to the next screen, click on the option tab.

Under region select USA server, and then click on more option.

Then click on more option. Under “proxy settings”’ check the “connect through an HTTP Proxy” box.

Host Address: 85.214.250.48
Port: 3128

Save and Click Start and wait for atlest 10-20minutes

Note: it usually takes time to connect like 10mins to 20mins this time. So, you need to exercise patient before it shows connected. Once the psiphon connected hmmm you will feel the speed especially when streaming and downloading.

The Senate, yesterday, directed the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, to extend the validity of its results to a period of at least three years. JAMB was also ordered to immediately stop its policy of re-a$$igning candidates to schools they didn’t apply to, saying such policy was contrary to the act establishing the board. The order came following a motion entitled: ”JAMB’s New Admission Policy, “ sponsored by Senator Joshua Lidani, APC, Gombe South, which was debated during plenary. They also urged JAMB to consult widely with Parents Teachers a$$ociation, PTA, ASUU and all other stakeholders in the education sector with a view to coming out with a friendlier holistic, comprehensive and sustainable admissions policy. It also directed its Committee on Education to enquire into circumstances surrounding the JAMB policy, including all allegations of favouritism and generally review the power of JAMB vis-a-vis administration and submit findings within one week. Lidani said JAMB, at its 2015 Combined Policy Meeting, held on July 14, 2015, in Abuja, announced the adoption of a policy whereby candidates of universities with surplus applicants for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations, UTME, were rea$$igned to other universities with lower number of candidates than their capacities. Which he said was inappropriate because some candidates get sent to private universities that they cant afford.
